Nadezhda is highly experienced in settling various tax and legal disputes, in defending clients in commercial and administrative litigations, interacting with tax and other government authorities at various levels, implementing tax and legal consulting projects and representing client interests in tax control procedures before territorial tax offices, higher tax authorities and arbitration courts, as well as in participating in working groups and expert councils, including:

• The Expert Council under Russia’s Ministry for Economic Development and Trade, Tax Policy Department
• The Expert Council under the State Duma, the Budget and Tax Committee
• The Tax Lawyers Club (Tax Club)
• FBK’s Accounting Committee

She has worked both as an expert and a manager for IBRD and EBRD-financed projects aimed at improving Russian legislation   

Nadezhda is also a highly experienced public speaker at seminars and conferences.

In addition, she has published a number of articles in the professional journals Financial Russia, Accounting. Taxes. Law. and the magazines Financial and Accounting Consultations, Tax Bulletin, Chief Accountant, Consultant and Your Tax Lawyer.

She also contributed several chapters to the textbook Tax Law and is co-author of the book Tax Accounting Techniques.
