Tatiana is in charge of our Tax Advice Practice.

She has gained vast experience in participating in the following kinds of projects as an expert and manager:
• Tax advice
• Legal support in audits
• Overall legal support for everyday business operations
• Financial and corporate consulting, including due diligence
• Development and legal implementation of and control over business project realization.

Tatiana has managed tax advice projects for OAO Gazprom aтd its subsidiaries, EuroChem and its subsidiaries, IBS, Mary Kay, OGK-1, Saint-Gobain Construction Products Rus, Yamaha Motor CIS, Parmalat, TAIF, Beverage Can Europe.

She has experience in interacting with tax authorities at different levels, including Moscow and regions, representing client interests in tax control procedures before territorial tax offices, upper tax authorities, and courts of arbitration.

She handles cases in different taxes, the execution of tax liability measures and economic cases. She has represented ALROSA and Home Credit & Finance Bank in court.

She is highly experienced in public speaking at seminars and conferences on:
• Excise duties on oil products
• Changes in profit taxation and the practical application of profit tax
• Reviews of typical violations in taxation
Tatiana has contributed articles on tax to journals such as Your Tax Lawyer, Financial and Accounting Consultations, OilGasLaw.
