FBK won the bid of the Russian Ministry of Transport

The results of the open bid of the Ministry of Transport of Russia for research on “Development of Economically Reasonable Approaches to the System of Financial Guarantees of Passengers’ Rights under a Passenger Air Carriage Agreement” announced. According to the Bidding Committee’s decision the bid was won by FBK. “This research’s aim is to develop air carriers’ liability mandatory insurance scheme. We are very pleased to conduct it for the Ministry of Transport,” says Andrey Shkadov, Manager of Corporate Practice at FBK Legal.

Lawyers of FBK Legal took part at IBA – 2011 International Conference

The fifth annual international conference Law Firm Management took place on November 24-25 2001 in Moscow. The conference was organized by the European Forum of IBA and the IBA Law Firm Management Committee. Managers of Corporate Practice at FBK Legal Anna Grichenkova and Andrew Shkadov participated in discussions on the prospects of the development of the Russian legal services market until 2020.
