>  Provisions of the legislation on mass media, intellectual rights, and customs and currency law

>  Tax effects of the planned publishing activity with regard to tax risk mitigation

The magazine is published abroad, and in order to minimize tax, importing the magazine to Russia for sale in Ukraine should be avoided.

In addition, on publishing the Ukrainian version of the magazine, previously concluded copyright agreements had to be adjusted and relations with advertisers reviewed.
