The Corporate Practice Group in our Tax and Legal Department deals with the resolution of routine corporate operation issues, develops decisions on behalf of executive bodies and drafts documents of different types etc.

This close involvement allows us to find the right balance between the interests of participants, shareholders and managers, avoid disputes and contribute to corporate streamlining.
