Expert opinion is not always sufficient for the court to make a well-grounded decision due to the inconsistency of tax legislation, accounting rules and regulations. In such cases, FBK’s experts are called on to substantiate one position or another, to be agreed upon with relevant authorities and afterwards presented as the official view of these authorities.

We have worked together with various Russian government bodies, including:

>  other government authorities and professional associations (IPAR etc.)

As a result, FBK is in an excellent position to interpret authoritatively normative acts
